Powerplay with Katrina Campins…

_MG_1969

Katrina Campins from Bravo’s “Miami Social” was also on hand with Justin Tuck at the Powerplay event. Katrina participated in a Q & A with 3 other distinguished women from various industries. She  gave wonderful real-world advice to these girls and serves as a shining example on how to be a successful in business. It was obvious that her warm and engaging style really captured their attention.

Powerplay with Justin Tuck…

Justin Tuck of the Giants

Justin Tuck, defensive end for the New York Giants was on hand at a very special charity event that I covered last week.

It was a one-day event run by Powerplay (www.powerplaynyc.org) providing high school girls from underserved communities with the opportunity to:

  • Connect with female role models & mentors
  • Explore a variety of careers
  • Learn valuable life skills
  • Paticpate in sports & fitness activities

Justin spent the day mentoring these girls in football and providing positive feedback through example. A couple more pictures below.

Wedding image in NY Post…

So it seems you never know where my work will show up. The New York Post did an article on a couple who’s wedding was on New Year’s eve. I was on hand to shoot it and it looks like one of my images got published in the Post’s Sunday’s paper and online. Here’s a link to the online article.

Gossip Girl says vote Obama!

It says it all.

You can’t picture this…

This is an issue that I think is very important to many photographers and filmmakers in both the US and Europe.  There is a certain fear out there that when looked  at logically doesn’t really have a substantiated basis.
